San Angelo Man Killed in Semi Rollover

 

A 56-year-old San Angelo man was killed in a rollover crash in Crockett County, 25 miles north of Sonora.

According to the Texas DPS, Randy Lloyd was southbound, driving a 2015 Mack Truck Tractor with trailer, when he attempted to negotiate a curve in the roadway to the right on County Road 205. The tractor and semi trailer it was towing drove off the left side of the roadway and rolled over on its left side.

The approximate location of the crash:

Lloyd was pronounced dead at the scene by Crockett County Justice of the Peace Evelyn Kerbow.

The crash happened Sunday night at 8:52 p.m., DPS stated in a release. The roads were dry and the skies clear.
