What can one do in that situation when someone is driving the wrong way on an interstate right at you? Certainly a tragic mishap that shouldn't have occurred.

The access roads on I-20 in that area and other areas are two way. Very dangerous. There are access roads on both sides of the Interstate and I can't figure out why they are two way. Crazy!
