Zach Edwards and his Lonestar
- Interview with Zach Edwards about the new record, "Lonestar"

Zach Edwards
Zach Edwards grew up in Big Lake, went to Texas A&M University (class of 1996) and caught the Texas country music bug while watching Robert Earl Keen, and then Jason Boland’s career take off. Edwards’ music certainly has the honky tonk style of Boland, but there is also a hint of AC/DC too.
Now approaching the release of his sophomore album, Edwards has honed his sound more. “Lonestar,” has a catchy melody with lyrics written by a lonely man who has been on the road too long. While “Reminisce” is certainly a panty-dropper, and probably written about how the still-single Zach broke some poor girl’s heart.
Zach Edwards and band are back in San Angelo Saturday night at Blaine’s. In this interview, Zach talks about his music, life on the road, why he’s not married yet, and more.
In this Podcast are the songs, "Cowboy Up", "Reminisce", "Lonestar" and "Texas Women."
