Bart Crow in San Angelo, TX
- Bart Crow on the M1A1, live music, and Jesus.

Bart Crow
Bart Crow started his music career in Stepheville as a student at Tarleton State University. His touring circumference soon included San Angelo, where I first met him in 2007. Back then, he was just starting to climb the ladder of success with the release of his best selling record, titled Finally, with the song that would define him, “Wear My Ring.”
Bart doesn’t perform in small venues much anymore, and around these parts, he’s usually at or near the top of the line-up at music festivals.
Bart Crows most recent record, a full live album recorded “Brewster Street live,” titled after the venue, the Brewster Street Icehouse that is a favorite Texas Country Music hangout in Corpus Christi, is selling briskly. And, Bart contends in this podcast, the entire content on this live record is a first-run recording, except “Wear My Ring.” “We had to record it twice because the live version has some audience interaction at the beginning,” Crows says.
Crow’s first job after high school was a stint in the U.S. Army where he was on an M1A1 tank crew. In this podcast, Bart traces the roots of his current music career from his experience in the Army.
This is a great listen and I think really captures the character of Bart Crow. Enjoy.
