WATCH: Comfy Couch Creates Mayhem Near McDonalds

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Shortly before 6:00 p.m. officers with the San Angelo Police Department were dispatched to the area of Southwest and Southland for reports of a major motor vehicle accident.

Upon arriving at the scene Live reporters located two vehicles and a couch in the middle of the road down the road from McDonald’s.

At this time it is unknown what caused the crash or how the couch ended in the street. Both vehicles were towed away from the scene.

We cannot assume, because of the presence of a couch, that said couch was involved in a nearby accident. (Correlation does not equal causation.) Still, there is the possibility, however infinitesimal, that this couch fell from the sky and caused this accident.

I see no evidence, however, that the couch in question was "comfy" and did not, in fact, have springs which protruded out from the bottom of the couch into the cushions, which would dig into one's posterior.
