Drivers Escape Injury in Scary Crash on Knickerbocker Road

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – San Angelo Police officers had a busy night as yet another crash occurred on a busy San Angelo street shortly before 9:00 p.m. Wednesday. 

According to SAPD investigating officer Harrell, officers were dispatched to the intersection of  Knickerbocker Rd. and Park View Dr. for reports of a two-vehicle crash.

 

Witness statements indicate the white Chevy pickup was traveling northbound on Knickerbocker Rd. when the driver of the black Nissan Juke in the south lane attempted to turn left onto Park View Dr.

The driver of the Juke failed to yield the right of way and crashed into the Chevy. The driver was issued a citation for failure to yield the right of way.

No one was injured in the crash, but both vehicles had extensive damage.
