The quarterback of the Central Bobcats signed to play with the Rams next season after debating several different offers from other schools. He said that staying close to home and watching his brothers grow up were the most important factors in his reason for remaining home.

He joins the burgeoning powerhouse under head coach Jeff Girsch following one of the most successful teams in the school’s history.

Miller had an impressive season, with the Bobcats only missing one extra point and two field goals the entire season. He enters a kicking room with plenty of competition that will only make the young man better.

The ex-runningback turned middle linebacker joins a University that belongs to the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA), competing in the Sooner Athletic Conference (SAC).

While the school is on the smaller side, Floyd has a great opportunity to show off his skills. He could even transfer to a bigger school if any recognize his talents, but Floyd says he chose Wesleyan for its academics. He has high hopes for a master’s degree in the future.

Cadin Pizzola joins Floyd at Texas Wesleyan starting in the fall. Pizzola was a linebacker before the coaches switched him to defensive line at the start of the 2023 season. Unfortunately for him, Pizzola injured his foot in the second game of the regular season and missed a significant portion of time before returning for the final few games. He said he is excited to make up for lost time, show what he can do on the football field, and thank his coaches for his speedy recovery.
