Mary Lou Gonzales Tovar, 54, of San Angelo, went to be with our Lord and Savior on February 2, 2024 in Fort Worth, Texas surrounded by her brothers and sisters. Mary was born to Margarito and Estella Gonzales on March 3, 1969 in Abernathy, Texas.
Mary was a loyal employee and loved her job at Bluebonnet Homes. First and foremost, Mary was a loving and dedicated wife, sister, and aunt, treasuring her family and embracing every moment she spent with them. She loved her role as a wife and Dog mom and being the baby sister. She thoroughly enjoyed spending time with family and friends, listening to music, dancing, and fishing. She had a vivacious personality and always made people around her laugh, making friends everywhere she went. She had a heart as big as her smile, eyes that could light up the world and was so kind, loving and giving. She will be deeply missed by her husband, family and all who knew her. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Margarito and Estella Gonzales and her sister Becky Gonzales.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband Dionicio Tovar of San Angelo and her dog Junior, brothers and sisters, Eddie and Virginia Gonzales of Pflugerville, Texas, Diana Urias of Haltom City, Texas, Gilbert and Lucy Gonzales of San Angelo, Texas, Cindy and Wayne Robison of Richland Hills, Texas, her nieces and nephews and numerous cousins and friends.
