Presiliano "P.C." Constancio Baldillez, 57, passed away on Friday, September 19, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family.
P.C. was born on June 16, 1968, in Eastland, Texas, to Cruz Baldillez and Maria Constancio. He grew up in Eastland and Rock Springs before eventually making San Angelo his home. Over the years, P.C. worked in maintenance and construction for Encino Park and Bent Tree Apartments, and most recently at San Angelo State School.
P.C. was an incredible man who cared about his family more than anything else. He was kind and gentle, with a quick wit and a sense of humor that could light up any room often with just the right amount of sarcasm. He loved music, his trans-am and trucks, and cheering on his beloved Dallas Cowboys. But more than anything, he loved being with his family, especially his grandchildren, who were the joy of his life.
P.C. married the love of his life, Kim Williams Baldillez, and together they shared 28 beautiful years of marriage filled with love, laughter, and devotion.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Helen Brown, and his granddaughter, Lailah Buitron. He is survived by his wife, Kim Baldillez; his children, Travis Baldillez and wife Alexus of Big Lake, Heather Eden of Amarillo, and Corey Eden of Savage, Minnesota; his brother, Frankie Baldillez of Michigan; and five adored grandchildren: Milah Buitron, Cleo Eden, Wilson Eden, Memphis Baldillez, and Mallory Ortiz.
Services to honor and celebrate P.C.'s life will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, September 24 2025 at Southgate Church of Christ with Mr. Paul Shiro, minister, officiating. Family and friends are invited to gather, share memories, and remember the man who loved deeply, laughed often, and left everyone who knew him better for it.
Your love and guidance will continue to shape our lives, and we will carry you with us always.
