Millions in Construction Projects Underway on Both Sides of North Bryant Blvd.

SAN ANGELO, TX – If you have driven into San Angelo from U.S. 87 north recently you may have noticed two huge piles of dirt on both sides of N. Bryant Blvd. Those mounds of caliche will soon be the home to two multi-million dollar businesses.

According to the City of San Angelo's Building Permits and Inspections reports, in Mar. 2021, commercial project permits were issued to Kent Kwik at 3251 N. Bryant Blvd. and Tractor Supply Co. at 3150 N. Bryant Blvd.

The Kent Kwik, which will be on the North side of the highway, will be worth $6 million. As for the San Angelo's newest Tractor Supply engineers are expecting its total to be around $2 million.

The ground has already been cleared and caliche is currently being brought in.

It is unknown how long the construction will take.
