New $2.5 Million Kohl's Being Built in West San Angelo

SAN ANGELO, TX – The expansion of San Angelo continues to move west as a new shopping center is planning to open on Sherwood Way near Sam's Club. 

According to building permits published in Dec. 2020, a permit was approved to build a $2,500,000 Kohl's at 6105 Sherwood Way.

Along with the Kohl's a full shopping center will be constructed between the Sam's Club and the Boulevard Apartments.

This shopping center will fill the undeveloped land gap on Sherwood Way to the Boulevard apartments.

So far crews have only begun leveling off the ground. It is unknown when the project will be complete.
