Just a few short months later and Owner Phil Skinner sold the business to a Stephenville woman named Vivienne Heath. Heath moved to San Angelo some time ago but has been running her t-shirt company out of her garage. Now Heath and Best Texas Tees will be looking to revamp and reopen.

"We are definitely ready to get started. It is going to be a stride and not a race," said Heath.

One of the biggest projects Heath has for the shop will be to open up a store front. She confirmed that the store will have a 650 square foot store front with all kinds of shirts.

Best Texas Tees will keep its name as well as its clientele. They have been a t-shirt shop in San Angelo for the past 17 years. The opening date for Best Texas Tees is scheduled for Apr. 1, 2023.
