Permits Pending for 2 New Coffee Shops in San Angelo

SAN ANGELO, TX – Two new coffee shops are looking to open in San Angelo according to the city permits department.

According to City of San Angelo's Building Permits and Inspection Report for June 2023, two commercial building permits are pending for two separate 7brew locations in town.

One of the locations will be at 1480 Knickerbocker Rd and the other will be at 402 N. Bryant Blvd. Both permits are asking for a $650,000 build.

7brew is a coffee shop that is set up for strictly drive-thru use.

"7 Brew was born from a desire to change drive-thru coffee into a fun, mind-blowing experience for everyone. We dreamed of serving premium coffee in record time and making new friends while we’re at it. The dream came alive with our first “stand” in Rogers, AR and our 7 original coffees," states the 7Brew website. "Today, we’re cranking out all kinds of custom-hand crafted drinks in different locations throughout the country. 7 Brew is so much more than just a coffee stand. It’s the concept of cultivating kindness and joy with every drink – through our service, speed, quality, energy and atmosphere. It’s contagious and it’s changing the drive-thru coffee industry."
