New Coffee House Set to Open on Sherwood Way

SAN ANGELO, TX — A new business, Lume Coffee House, is set to open in February at 3029 Sherwood Way in San Angelo, according to owner Huey Nguyen.

Nguyen said the concept was created to "elevate coffee and matcha into a calm, intentional ritual."

According to Nguyen, the space is designed to encourage customers to slow down.

“Lume is designed as a pause in the day — a space that feels minimal, grounded and welcoming,” Nguyen said. “Our focus is on thoughtful preparation, quality ingredients, and an atmosphere that encourages people to slow down and be present.”

Nguyen said the goal of the coffee shop is simple: “Make everyday coffee feel meaningful.”
