The Pecos Eagles are Searching for a New Head Coach/Athletic Director

PECOS, TX – The Pecos Eagles are looking for a new head football coach and athletic director.

In a statement sent to KIUN KPTX Rado, PBTISD said, “Chad Olson is no longer the Athletic Director and Head Football Coach of PBTISD. PBTISD would like to formally thank Olson for his dedication to the athletic department and students of the district during the last 3 years. During his tenure, Olson led the Eagles to an overall record of 14-17 and two playoff appearances.

The Pecos Eagles went 14-17 in 3 years with Chad Olson as the head coach and athletic director. In 2021, the Eagles went 4-6, 0-4 in district.

The Eagles beat the Lake View Chiefs 38-35 in the second game of the season in 2021.
