BROWNWOOD, TX -- For the second straight season, the Post Antelopes are headed to the state championship game in Arlington.

The Antelopes took care of the Crawford Pirates on Thursday night at Brownwood's historic Gordon Wood Stadium 28-14 in a defensive battle but despite the defense, it was a late second-quarter 77-yard touchdown pass from Slayden Pittman to Nathan McDaniel that was the difference-maker.

The Antelopes move on to face Shiner in the Class 2A Division I State Championship on Thursday afternoon in Arlington.
