Another Crash to Top Today’s List

As if seven or eight crashes this evening weren’t enough, another San Angelo driver caused a collision on Abe and W. Beauregard at approximately 8:45 p.m. after failing to yield the right of way.

Officer Rick Tinsley, an on-duty supervisor with the San Angelo Police Department, said he was dispatched out to a two-vehicle crash in the area. Apparently, the driver of a blue car was traveling southbound on Bryant and failed to yield the right of way at the stop light. As a result, the car collided with another vehicle and ended up crashing into a pole.

“We have one person being treated for non-incapacitating injuries,” Tinsley said. “She was transported to the hospital by a San Angelo ambulance.”

Tinsley said at this time it’s too early to determine citations.
