A Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office Deputy at the scene said, at approximately 2:20 p.m. this afternoon, the driver of a red Dodge 2500 pickup was traveling westbound on the outside lane of the three-lane highway. The driver of a red dually pickup, make unknown, was stopped on the side of the road in the eastbound lane. The driver of the dually attempted to make a U-Turn, but the red Dodge pickup, unable to stop in time due to the wet road conditions, rear-ended the dually.
