Based on witness testimony, the driver of the Concho Valley van disregarded the red light northbound, and, as a result, the Jeep collided with the front of it and pushed the van into the parked white vehicle at the stop light.

The driver of the white Chrysler was taken to Shannon Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries, and the driver of the transit vehicle was issued a citation for disregarding the red light.
