WATCH: Three Vehicle Crash Shuts Down Busy San Angelo Intersection

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – A three vehicle crash shut down the intersection of S. Bryant Blvd. and Ave. Q Monday afternoon.  

According to San Angelo Police Department Traffic Division investigating officer Long, a silver Dodge Journey was southbound on Bryant Blvd. attempting to turn left onto Ave. Q.  

A black Chevy Suburban and a red Ford Edge SUV were northbound on Bryant Blvd.  

Officer Long says the Journey driver tried to turn left in front of the other two vehicles causing the crash.

The driver of the Journey was taken to the hospital by private vehicle.  

Officer Long says the Journey driver had minor injuries and will be issued a citation for failure to yield the right of way.  

The crash closed down the northbound lanes of Bryant Blvd. while officers investigated the cause.
