Three Injured in Rollover Crash Saturday Morning

 

LUBBOCK, TX – An early morning crash in Lubbock sent three people to the hospital on Saturday.

According to the Lubbock Police Department, at approximately 12:25 a.m. officers were dispatched to the 2500 block of 50th Street for reports of a single-vehicle crash.

When officers arrived they located a van that had rolled in the street.

The preliminary investigation revealed the driver was traveling eastbound on 50th Street when the driver lost control.

As a result of the crash, the three occupants were injured with varying degrees of injuries. The occupants were identified as 29-year-old Cristobal Hernandez with serious injuries, 21-year-old Salvador Lopez with moderate injuries, and 24-year-old Jose Hernandez with serious injuries. 

All three were transported to University Medical Center for treatment.
