Dozens Miraculously Survive Fiery Plane Crash Near Houston

HOUSTON, TX – A private jet crashed and burst into flames west of Katy Tuesday morning after taking off from Houston Executive Airport and miraculously everyone survived.

The plane was carrying 21 individuals including the crew and all but one person, who went to the hospital with back injuries, were safely removed from the plane.

A responder said it was a miracle that everyone survived the crash.

The aircraft, identified as a McDonnell Douglas MD-87, plowed through a fence, and then caught fire as it was leaving the airport around 10:00 a.m.

The plane was confirmed to be traveling to Boston.

Most of the plane was extensively burned but firefights have managed to put out the flames.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
