Your story says, "a silver Ford Explorer was traveling eastbound on Sherwood Way when the driver of a blue Jeep Wrangler traveling south on Millspaugh St. ran the red light", yet you finish the story by saying, "The driver of the Explorer was issued a citation for disregarding the red light."  You can't have it both ways, so who actually ran the red light?
