Chick-fil-A Run Results in Wednesday Afternoon Crash

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — A Chick-fil-A run resulted in a car crash in West San Angelo on Wednesday afternoon. 

According to reporters on scene, on Mar. 30 at around 5:50 p.m., officers with the San Angelo Police Department along firefighters and paramedics with the San Angelo Fire Department were dispatched to the intersection of FM 2288 and Grand Court Rd. for the report of a major crash. 

When they arrived, the crew discovered a Ford F-250 and a Chrysler Pacifica that has crashed in the middle of the farm market road.

No serious injuries were reported. Police on scene confirmed to our reporter that the van was struck after pulling out in front of the truck while leaving Chick-fil-A. 

The driver of the van was cited for failure to yield the right of way. 

This intersection is a place of high volume traffic in commuting times.
