NIXLE: San Angelo Police Say Avoid Loop 306 Because of Weather Related Crashes

 

SAN ANGELO – San Angelo Police responded to several calls of crashes on Loop 306 Tuesday morning during rain showers.  Most of the crashes were minor and were causing traffic to backup on the Loop. 

San Angelo Police were dispatched to crashes on Loop 306 behind Academy, near Ethicon in east San Angelo, and near Knickerbocker and Bentwood.  

The SAPD issued a Nixle alert advising drives to avoid Loop 306 Tuesday morning while the rain continues.
