UPDATE: One Hospitalized in T-Bone Crash at 87-2105 Intersection

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – A major crash has shut down a portion of US 87 North near FM 2105.

UPDATE JUNE 1, 2023 at 1:34 p.m.

According to San Angelo LIVE! reporters on scene, on June 1, 2023, at around 1 p.m., Tom Green County Sheriff Deputies, Texas DPS Troopers, Grape Creek Volunteer Fire Fighters, and San Angelo EMS were called to the intersection of US 87 north and FM 2105.

Once on scene, the crew discovered a silver Dodge Ram 1500 and a dark colored Chevrolet Colorado that had crashed in the north bound lane.

One person was taken to the hospital via ambulance. It is unknown the extend of the individuals injuries.

The crash between the two vehicles was a T-bone. Despite that it is not clear as of now who was at fault.

Drivers in the area are being diverted onto US 87 N frontage rd. The TGCSO is still asking for drivers to avoid the area.
