Powerline Truck Rolls Over and Crashes on FM 2288

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — A powerline truck crashed and rolled over south of Bison Trail on FM 2288 on Monday afternoon, May 5.

At around 2 p.m. on Monday, Grape Creek VFD, DPS, and the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office responded to a crash northwest of San Angelo outside of Buffalo Heights. Police communications indicated that a male sustained a head injury due to the crash.

An ambulance was present, but it left without lights or a siren.

Traffic slowed due to the crash, but both north and southbound lanes on FM 2288 are open.
