4 Semi Trucks Involved in Crash on I-20 in Midland

 

MIDLAND, TX — A crash involving four semi trucks in Midland shut down Interstate 20 on Wednesday morning.

The crash occurred about 6 a.m. near where I-20 meets Cotton Flat Road.

The Midland Fire Department reported that two people had to be extracted from vehicles, and three people were taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.

Traffic had to be redirected as officials removed the wreckage from the road, I-20 has now been cleared, and traffic is flowing normally again.

It is unclear what caused the crash.
