SAN ANGELO, TX — A two-vehicle crash at the intersection of North Chadbourne Street and East 14th Street temporarily shut down traffic Thursday afternoon.
The northbound and westbound lanes were closed for about an hour as emergency crews responded to the scene, according to a Nixel alert issued by the department.

The crash happened around 3:25 p.m. and involved two vehicles traveling on Chadbourne. Both drivers sustained minor injuries and were transported to the hospital, a cop at the scene said.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation. Police advised the public to avoid the area during the closure, which has since been lifted.
