Woman Taken To Hospital After Crash on Private Property

SAN ANGELO, TX — A two-vehicle crash on private property Friday sent a woman to the hospital.

The crash occurred about 10:20 a.m. on the roadway connecting FM 2288 to the H-E-B parking lot at 5502 Sherwood Way.

The woman turned in front of an H-E-B employee on his way to work, which caused the collision.

Though she failed to yield the right of way, the crash was on private property, so no citation can be issued, according to a traffic officer with the San Angelo Police Department.

The woman was taken to a local hospital for precautionary reasons, the officer said. The driver of the other vehicle was uninjured.
