SUV Flips on the Way to Grape Creek

SAN ANGELO, TX — An SUV overturned in a single-vehicle crash on US 87 northbound just before reaching the town of Grape Creek around 9:45 p.m. Wednesday.

The Grape Creek Volunteer Fire Department responded to the scene and requested an ambulance from San Angelo. Both occupants of the SUV were able to exit the overturned vehicle on their own, though one person complained of a nosebleed.

Northbound traffic was reduced to a single lane while Home Motors worked to right the SUV and load it onto a flatbed for transport to the junkyard.
