SAN ANGELO, TX — A three-vehicle crash at the intersection of West Concho Avenue and South Irving Street caused traffic delays in downtown San Angelo Monday afternoon.
It happened around 4 p.m., blocking westbound lanes. San Angelo Fire Department crews, including Ladder 1 and a medic unit, responded along with police officers.
One man was seen walking around wearing a neck brace after being checked by medics. Witnesses said the man had initially been placed on a stretcher but later stood up and was not transported by ambulance. No other injuries were reported.
Photos from the scene show a blue Toyota Prius with heavy front-end damage, a black sedan with rear-end damage, and a dark SUV with front-end damage.
Traffic on S. Irving Street continued flowing through the intersection, but westbound lanes on W. Concho Ave. were temporarily blocked as first responders cleared the scene.
