Drivers Walk Away Uninjured After Crash on US 87 Near Grape Creek

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — The occupants from both vehicles involved in a crash on US Highway 87 south of Grape Creek on Thursday managed to walk away unscathed.

The crash occurred about 1:15 p.m. near the intersection of US 87 and March Road when a red Dodge Ram pickup ran into the back of a tan Hyundai car, causing extensive rear-end damage.

The vehicles ended up in the median, and the crash caused traffic to be reduced to one lane.

It is unclear what caused the crash.

According to a spokesperson with the Grape Creek Volunteer Fire Department, all of the occupants avoided injury.
