Crash Blocks Bryant Blvd. and San Jacinto St

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — A two-vehicle crash blocked the intersection of South Bryant Boulevard and San Jacinto Street on Saturday morning, prompting the San Angelo Police Department to urge motorists to avoid the area. 

The department issued the alert at 11:44 a.m. via Nixle, directing drivers away from the crash scene. 

Two ambulances were dispatched. Photos from the scene showed a gray Hyundai Elantra with heavy front-end damage, and a gray Ford F-150 pickup also with front-end damage.

The cause of the crash is unknown, and it is unclear how many people were taken to the hospital or the extent of the injuries.
