SAPD and Crime Stoppers Need Help Identifying Auto Thief Suspects

 

San Angelo Police and Crime Stoppers are asking for the public’s help identifying the suspects in an auto theft on Nov. 2, 2015, said a press release Friday.

According to the press release, at approximately 3:40 a.m., two unknown suspects went around the parking lot at America’s Best Value Inn in search of unlocked vehicles. One of the suspects found a door to a vehicle belonging to Big Horn Energy Services unlocked, and both suspects quickly left in the vehicle. Later, the vehicle was identified off of Paint Rock Road.

One suspect was described as a White male with a flat bill cap, a white hoodie and he carried a tan backpack. The other suspect was a Hispanic male with a mustache and a brown coat.

If anyone has information about this crime, please contact San Angelo Crime Stoppers. The first person to provide information identifying these suspects, and this identification leads to an arrest, he or she will be eligible for a cash reward up to $1,000.
