San Angelo Woman Wanted for Cruelty to Livestock Arrested

 

SAN ANGELO, TX - The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in locating 65-year-old Brenda Lois Luellen, who is wanted in connection with a Grand Jury Indictment for Cruelty to Livestock Animals (horses) with two or more previous convictions.

TGCSO said Luellen's address is in the 1100 block of Highway 67 S. She is a white female with blond hair and blue eyes, and she is currently listed as unemployed.

Update 7:55 p.m.

TGCSO officials announced this evening that Luellen was taken into custody at approximately 6:30 p.m. by deputies in north San Angelo.

"The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office would like to thank the public for information resulting in the arrest of Brenda Lois Luellen," said TGCSO.
