Resisting Arrest with Injuries to Officers Tops Booking Reports

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — The booking reports from Monday to Wednesday show that 70 people have been arrested and booked in Tom Green County Jail. The following are a few people and their charges from the SAPD arrest blotter (pictured above, L-R):

Edward Haur Crisp Jr., 27, was arrested Wednesday afternoon for criminal trespassing and resisting arrest, search, or transport after Police were dispatched to Pediatric Dentistry of San Angelo, 3013 W. Loop 306, for the report of an unwanted subject in the female restroom that would not leave. Officers located Crisp inside the restroom. Crisp was asked several times to leave the property but he refused to leave and resisted arrest. Crisp also resisted getting inside the patrol unit. Several Officers received minor injuries during the apprehension. They received medical treatment at a nearby hospital and were later released. Crisp was also evaluated for minor injuries he sustained while resisting arrest.

Jamarlon Devone Clark, 23, was arrested Wednesday morning for assault class-c following a domestic violence investigation in the 3400 block of S. Bryant Blvd.

Rick Vallejo, 24, was arrested Wednesday morning for criminal trespass habit/shelter after police were dispatched to the 1900 block of Freeland for the report of a prowler attempting to gain entry.

Ervin Clay, 21, was arrested Wednesday night for theft class-c and resisting arrest, search, or transport after police were dispatched to the Walmart on W. 29th Street for the report of a shoplifter. Janet Cleaver, 53, was arrested for interfere with public servant and attempt to take weapon from an officer.

James Royce Jordan, 65, was arrested Tuesday morning for assault class-C after police were dispatched to the Econolodge for the report of an unknown problem.

Jerry Wayne Clark, 48, was arrested Tuesday afternoon for assault causes bodily injury-family violence and interfere with public officer following a domestic violence investigation in the 200 block of Edgewood Drive.

Michael Hernandez Jr., 29, was arrested Tuesday morning for assault causes bodily injury-family violence following a domestic violence investigation in the 4100 block of Ben Ficklin Drive.

John Andrade, 22, was arrested for no driver’s license during a traffic stop in the 1300 block of S. Abe. Keno Watkins, 20, was arrested for unlawful carrying weapon during the stop.

Chad Stephens Fulfs (left), 45, was arrested Monday morning for public intoxication and two warrants after police were dispatched to the area of N. Bryant and W. 6th for the report of a possible intoxicated person stumbling near the roadway.

Donald Scott Ingle (right), 29, was arrested for possession/delivery of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, search, or transport, theft, and four warrants after Police were dispatched to Target for the report of a shoplifter.
