Bar Manager Charged With Felony Sexual Assault of Former Employee

ODESSA, TX-- A man spent Christmas Eve in a jail cell after he allegedly sexually assaulted one of his employees on Nov. 22.

Devin Little, 34, was the manager at "The Lift" where the victim worked as a waitress. At that time she had also been training to become a bartender.

While at work Little told the victim to pour two shots of liquor but not to drink them. When Little came around again later that night he insisted on them both taking the shots.

The victim explained to Odessa Police that taking the shot was the last thing she could remember followed by them being "cashed out."

A few days later the victim asked Little what had happened and he told her that they did have sexual intercourse and that he was sorry she could not remember it. The victim told police that Little had also exposed her by telling her family members of the act.

The victim told police that she never consented to have sex with Little and that it had been done against her will. Little has been charged with three counts of Aggravated Sexual Assault, a 1st Degree Felony.

Ector County Jail records show that Little was booked into jail on Christmas Eve before being released on Christmas on a $150,000 bond.
