Deputies Capture Wanted Child Predator

SAN ANGELO, TX – Deputies with the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office captured a wanted child predator on Wednesday night. 

According to the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, on July 15, Rodney Rhodes was captured by deputies and was booked into the Tom Green County Jail at 7:17 p.m. 

Rhodes was reported wanted on Wednesday night at around 5:30 p.m. Here is the story: Child Predator on the Run from San Angelo Lawmen

He is currently in the Tom Green County Jail with a bond set at $100,000. 

Rhodes was first reported to be driving a large white van or a SUV. TGCSO also listed his last known address as 1105 Clairmont St. There is an elementary school two blocks away from this address.
