Police Searching For Driver Involved In Fatal Hit-and-Run

 

MIDLAND, TX —After a 68-year-old woman was fatally injured in a hit-and-run, police continue searching for the driver.

According to CBS7, on Thursday just before 6:00 a.m. Andrea Romero Pruneda was hit near the intersection of Rankin Highway and Wolcott Avenue.

According to police, they believe the vehicle that struck Pruneda was dark or black in color 2011-2013 Kia Sorento SUV. 

The vehicle should have damage to the front passenger and is missing the lower front passenger side of the bumper from the area of the front tire to the fog light.

Anyone with information relating to the case is asked to call the  Police Department at 432-685-7108 or Midland Crime Stoppers at 694-TIPS in reference to case number 200723007.
