Two Teens Arrested and Charged with Murder

SAN ANTONIO, TX – Two 13-year-olds were arrested Wednesday after a boy killed his girlfriend's brother.

According to KSAT, on October 7, Officers with the San Antonio Police Department were dispatched to 2900 block of Lasses Blvd. for the report of a shooting victim.

When they arrived they found 20-year-old Rene Ray Rodriguez Jr. dead on the floor with multiple gunshot wounds.

After further investigation the officers discovered that the man had been killed by a 13-year-old boy. The minor was allegedly at the home of his girlfriend's family when he walked into her brother's room and shot Rodriguez four times. He collapsed onto the floor.

The 13-year-old couple then fled the scene but were later found by police.
