The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.

- Ernesto Reyes was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED and DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 3RD OR MORE at 3:55 a.m. His bond has been set at $1,000.00.
- Sam Fernandez was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJ at 6:33 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
