ABILENE,TX- Ryan Matthew Robertson of Abilene has been charged with possession or promotion of child pornography after a tip to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, or NCMEC, was made back in early December 2020.
The photos were uploaded to the social media app, Instagram.
Court documents said the pictures were of 3 children, two girls and a boy ages 9-13.
NCMEC traced the IP address to Abilene and then contacted the Abilene PD on December 12th, 2020.
On January 21, 2021, police obtained a warrant and seized electronics devices from the home.
Police are reportedly looking for more victims.
