The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.
- Joseph Valadez was arrested for DEL MARIJ >5LBS<=50LBS and POSS CS PG 2>=4G<400G at 1:34 a.m. Valadez’s bond was set at $10,000.00.
- Carlos Longoria was arrested for TERRORISTIC THREAT CAUSE FEAR OF IMMINENT SBI and CRIMINAL MISCHIEF >=$100<$750 at 10:09 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Christina Perez was arrested for THEFT CLASS C, OPEN CONTAINER IN VEHICLE, POSSESSION/DELIVERY OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, MISC FTA X1, and FTA X2 at 7:44 p.m. and was released at 9:43 p.m. on $5,042.00 bond.
Out of the 556 beds available, there are currently 450 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Wednesday morning.

Stephan Sanchez was arrested for POSS CS PG 1<1G, RPR* EVADING ARREST DETENTION, DRIVING WHILE LICENSE INVALID, EXPIRED DRIVER LICENSE/IDENTIFICATION, NO DRIVER LICENSE, NO PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, SPEEDING-10% OR OVER 52 MPH, POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, POSSESSION/DELIVERY OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, MISC FTA, MISC VPTA, and MISC VPTA X2 at 3:10 a.m. Sanchez’s bond has been set at $17,446.00.
Yadviga Krasovskaya was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, POSS CS PG 1<1G, POSS CS PG 2<1G, POSS DANGEROUS DRUG, and MISC ICE HOLD at 3:46 a.m. Krasovskaya’s bond has been set at $32,000.00.
Christopher Graves was arrested for RPR* RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT, RPR*FAIL TO IDENTIFY GIVING FALSE/FICTITIOUS INFO, RPR*CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MISC PUBLIC INTOXICATION, and MISC THEFT at 11:31 a.m. Graves’ bond has been set at $2,174.00.
Bobby Branch was arrested for BURGLARY OF HABITATION INTEND OTHER FELONY, RPR* POSS MARIJ <2OZ, POSS MARIJ <2OZ, FAIL TO STOP AND LEAVE INFORMATION, MISC CPFX2, MISC FTA, and MISC VPTAX2 at 1:01 p.m. Branch’s bond has been set at $3,943.00.
Christopher Flanagan was arrested for MTR* POSS CS PG 1<1G at 3:56 p.m. Flanagan’s bond has been set at $15,000.00.
Jeanette Martinez was arrested for VOP* THEFT PROP >=$100<$750 at 3:59 p.m. and no bond has been set.
Jamaal Samuels was arrested for *CPF*CRIMINAL MISCHIEF >=$750<$2500 and VOP*CRIMINAL MISCHIEF >=$750<$2500 at 4:01 p.m. and no bond has been set.
Joshua Puente was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ and TAMPER/FABRICATE PHYS EVID W/INTENT TO IMPAIR at 9:14 p.m. Puenta’s bond has been set at $11,000.00.

Serna Constancio was arrested for ASSAULT BY CONTACT-FV, POSS/DEL PARAPHERNALIA, and MISC FTA at 8:55 p.m. and was released at 9:43 p.m. on $1,876.00 bond.
Christina Perez was arrested for THEFT CLASS C, OPEN CONTAINER IN VEHICLE, POSSESSION/DELIVERY OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, MISC FTA X1, and FTA X2 at 7:44 p.m. and was released at 9:43 p.m. on $5,042.00 bond.
Mark Sanchez was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 9:17 p.m. and was released at 12:28 a.m. the next day on $1,000.00 bond.
Ezell Holmes was arrested for CPF* THEFT at 9:45 p.m. and was released at 12:43 a.m. the next day at 12:43 a.m.
Marina Pineda was arrested for RPR* FLEEING POLICE OFFICER at 10:16 p.m. and was released at 12:43 a.m. the next day.
Marcus Anderson was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 11:25 p.m. and was released at 1:13 a.m. the next day on $1,000.00 bond.
