WATCH: Sheriff's Office Busts Massive Car Theft Operation

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office has recovered a massive number of stolen vehicles on Wednesday during a raid in Grape Creek. 

According to Tom Green County Sheriff Nick Hanna, on Jan. 27, the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office busted a vehicle theft operation on a property North of San Angelo.

The TGCSO seized more than 35 vehicles during the search and VIN numbers will be run on all of the vehicles to verify if they are stolen. A number of the vehicles have already came back as stolen, according to communications reports.

It is unclear as of now who was responsible for the crime but the Sheriff Hanna said that information will be released as soon as possible.
