San Angelo Perv Indicted for Aggravated Assault of a Minor

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Bryan Ray Ramirez Arreosola of San Angelo has been indicted by a Tom Green County grand jury for aggravated sexual assault of a child.

On December 1st, 2020, a San Angelo Police Department Criminal Investigation Division officer investigated the report of an aggravated sexual assault of a child. The officer spoke with two witnesses, the child victim, and the defendant as part of the investigation.

The officer learned while interviewing one of the witnesses that the victim made an outcry on August 10th, that Arreosola had penetrated the sexual organ of the victim during a gathering at a residence on Raney Street. 

People would gather to watch the NFL games.

The second witness stated that Arreosola was acquainted with the victim and the witnesses. 

When interviewing Arreosola, he admitted to sexually assaulting the victim on two occasions.

The victim was 13 at the time of the assault.

A warrant was issued for Arreosola and he was booked on Jan. 8th, 2021 and had a $100,000.00 bond.

Arreosola made bond and is not currently in jail.
