WATCH: Angry Shirtless Man Taken Back to Jail

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Officers with the SAPD arrested a man Tuesday morning for felony parole violations. During the arrest the shirtless man heavily resisted arrest.

According to scanner reports, on Mar. 23 at around 10 a.m., officers with the San Angelo Police Department were dispatched to 300 block of 6th St. to assist an officer who was attempting to arrest a wanted suspect.

San Angelo EMS was also called to the scene after an altercation with the man who was fighting officers during the arrest.

Reporters on scene claim that the man was acting extremely erratic and was yelling curse words at bystanders. The man was also shirtless. Here is a video from the scene:

Shortly after the incident, Jason Ahola, 37, was booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility for resisting arrest and a Texas Department of Criminal Justice Parole Violation.
