The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.
- Robert Schmidt was arrested for PEDESTRIAN - WALKING WITH TRAFFIC at 5:10 p.m. and was released at 8:28 a.m. the next day on $132.00 bond.
- Kenneth Albert was arrested for DOG OFF LEASH and WATER, WASTEWATER, SEWAGE & GARBAGE at 10:47 a.m. and was released at 1:43 p.m. the same day on $794.00 bond.
- Dustin Teague was arrested for ASSAULT CLASS C and CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 2:26 a.m. and was released at 2:43 p.m. the same day on $1,012.00 bond.
Out of the 556 beds available, there are currently 499 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Tuesday morning.

- Jonathan Perez was arrested for COMM* POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 3:07 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Derek Ward was arrested for FTA* AGG ASSAULT AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT at 7:19 p.m. Ward’s bond has been set at $10,000.00.
- Kenneth Albert was arrested for DOG OFF LEASH and WATER, WASTEWATER, SEWAGE & GARBAGE at 10:47 a.m. and was released at 1:43 p.m. the same day on $794.00 bond.
- April White was arrested for MISC CPF x3 at 1:02 a.m. and was released at 2:13 p.m. the same day.
- Dustin Teague was arrested for ASSAULT CLASS C and CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 2:26 a.m. and was released at 2:43 p.m. the same day on $1,012.00 bond.
- Olivia Ibarra was arrested for COMM* ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJ at 3:10 p.m. and was released at 4:43 p.m. the same day.
- Julianna Ramos was arrested for MISC FTA x3 and MISC PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 3:32 p.m. and was released at 5:43 p.m. the same day on $1,024.00 bond.
- Marvine Shomaker was arrested for COMM* DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 4:08 p.m. and was released at 6:58 p.m. the same day.
- Cody Robison was arrested for NO PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, MISC CPF x2, MISC FTA x2, and MISC VPTA x1 at 9:00 p.m. and was released at 7:58 a.m. the next day on $3,276.00 bond.
