Possession and Public Intoxication Arrests Top Tuesday Booking Report

The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.

  • Dylan Hennigan was arrested for ASSAULT CLASS C- FAMILY VIOLENCE at 4:09 p.m. and was released at 10:43 p.m. the same day on $512.00 bond.
  • James Brooks was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 12:17 a.m. and was released at 7:58 a.m. the same day on $390.00 bond.
  • Robert Jones was arrested for MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 6:22 p.m. and no bond has been set.

Out of the 556 beds available, there are currently 496 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Wednesday morning.

*The booking report uses an unclassified DEA Intelligence Report titled “Drug Slang Code Words” for terms meaning marijuana.*

The following individuals were booked into the TGCDF on Tuesday, April 13, 2021:

  • Earnest Hunter was arrested for GJI* ASSAULT FAMILY/HOUSEHOLD MEMBER W/PREV CONV at 1:26 a.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Aaron Smith was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 <1G and POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 3:28 a.m. Smith’s bond has been set at $8,162.00.
  • Marc Vasquez was arrested for MTAG* POSS CS PG 1 >=1G<4G, POSS CS PG 1 >=1G<4G, POSS CS PG 2 <1G, and MISC CPF x1 at 4:47 a.m. Vasquez’s bond has been set at $27,500.00.
  • Juan Ramon was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, POSS CS PG 1 >=1G<4G, FAIL TO IDENTIFY GIVING FALSE/FICTITIOUS INFO, and POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 5:33 a.m. Ramon’s bond has been set at $12,162.00.
  • Nolan Scrogum was arrested for GOB* FORGERY FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT at 2:26 p.m. Scrogum’s bond has been set at $10,000.00.
  • Devin Oseguera was arrested for MAN DEL CS PG 2 OR 2-A >=4G<400G at 5:46 p.m. Oseguera’s bond has been set at $30,000.00.
  • Edwin Flott was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION and CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 6:19 p.m. Flott’s bond has been set at $962.00.
  • Robert Jones was arrested for MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 6:22 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Linda Fuentes was arrested for MTR* FORGERY FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT ELDERLY at 8:08 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • James Brooks was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 12:17 a.m. and was released at 7:58 a.m. the same day on $390.00 bond.
  • Jose Flores was arrested for MISC CPF x9 at 1:40 a.m. and was released at 7:58 a.m. the same day.
  • Kerry Burns was arrested for GJI* DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 3RD OR MORE at 10:11 a.m. and was released at 12:43 p.m. the same day on $15,000.00 bond.
  • Dylan Hennigan was arrested for ASSAULT CLASS C- FAMILY VIOLENCE at 4:09 p.m. and was released at 10:43 p.m. the same day on $512.00 bond.
  • Justice Thomas was arrested for INJURY CHILD/ELDERLY/DISABLE W/INT BODILY INJ at 3:53 p.m. and was released at 10:13 a.m. the next day on $5,000.00 bond.
  • Mario Perez-Melchor was arrested for MISC ICE HOLD at 3:43 p.m. and was released at 10:28 a.m. the next day.
