San Angelo Police Searching for Fugitive Meth Dealer

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – The San Angelo Police Department is currently searching for a man accused of manufacturing and delivery methamphetamine in Tom Green County.

According to the SAPD, on Apr. 28, 45-year-old John Michael Carter II has Warrants of Arrest for Manufacture Delivery of CS PG 1 and Possession of CS PG1.

Carter has been in and out of jail since Dec. 2017 for a number of crimes including multiple possessions of methamphetamine and bail jumping.  

In his most recent arrest, that occurred on Jan 19, Carter was caught driving with nearly 3 grams of methamphetamine. He was indicted for the possession charge on Apr. 7.
